Put a traffic circle in at Vulcan and Union.
Giant Slingshot to pop those kids crossing the tracks over faster...just kidding.
Fire the city planner who took away way more parking spaces than necessary, neglected to make one of the curbs on Cereus a red zone - (only one car can drive through when cars are parked on both sides of the curb) perhaps EUSD could push through a bond to drill an underground parking structure under Orpheus..
